Phase separation is critical problem in many of the industries like Emulsion manufacturing, Aqueous Systems with Suspended Solid Particles etc. Also many Aqueous Systems requires Viscosity Pick-up. Additive 7002 is ideal product for boosting of Viscosity of Aqueous Systems. It is suitable for Systems of Neutral to Alkaline pH.

The issue of phase separation poses a significant challenge in White Phenyl. White Phenyl-filled bottles, when stored for an extended period, exhibit separation, diminishing their attractiveness to buyers. Additive 7002 proves to be the optimal solution for preventing this phase separation, ensuring the homogeneity of White Phenyl.

Procedure:

Note : Additive 7002 is suitable for White Phenyl Only (not for Black Phenyl).

For Emulsions

Blend Additive 7002 with Water in the ratio of 1: 5 and add to Emulsion. If surfactant present in the Emulsion is Alkaline, mere agitating will increase the viscosity. Otherwise, add small quantity of Alkali (NaOH Solution) as to make pH between 7 to 8.
